A room and tenant finder with map first search and smart filters, connecting renters, landlords, and moderators in one platform.
Overview
Roomeo helps people find rooms and flats nearby with interactive maps, grid listings, and filters for price, room type, amenities, and house rules. Three roles keep the platform fair: renters browse and save favorites, landlords create and manage properties and units with media, and admins moderate listings and watch engagement analytics. Built on PostgreSQL with PostGIS for location aware radius search, it uses a Prisma data model and Better Auth, and runs as an installable PWA with dedicated dashboards for each role.
